Shipping Information

 

 

Orders placed are usually posed the same day, but if you order outside the posting hours then we will post on the next working day we are open.

 

We will inform you as soon as we know if there are any problems or discrepancies which will affect the time it will take to post your order. If you need your items urgently it is always worth making a note in the customer order section.

 

If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels.

 

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to overseas locations.

 

Postal Options

 

Each item has it’s own postage fee and for more information please see our Etsy shop.

 

We only offer flat rates of shipping as we think this keeps things simple. We never make any money on shipping and always do our best to provide you with great service, quick turnaround times and well packaged orders.

 

Shipping Within the UK

 

When your order is important, or you need it the next day, you need to know it’s secure at every stage of the delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service is your best option.  Your item will arrive safely, and on time.  Your order will be tracked the whole way and you will get signed proof of delivery.  If you would like this option, then please mention this in your order notes.

 

UK destinations include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

 

Please note – Next day refers to the service once it has been posted. We post Monday-Friday.  Orders posted on Friday’s are not part of the next day service.  If you require Saturday postage, there will be an additional fee.  Please email us at alldolledupuk@gmail.com for more information.

 

Remember

 

If you are not in to accept delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card with further instruction.

 

Please try to ensure you re-arrange delivery or collect it yourself as we will have to charge you to re-send your order if it is returned to us.

 

Orders Shipped To Europe

 

European Orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked service where available and Tracked and Signed if not. This costs £8.

 

This should normally take between 5 and 10 working days from when your order was dispatched. It is an Airmail Service.

 

With the Tracked service there are 5 electronic tracked points & confirmation of delivery. With Tracked & Signed there is only tracking until the package leaves the UK and it will require a signature on delivery.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Due to the Prohibitions and Restrictions Regulations of Royal Mail we are unable to send Sprays, Aerosols or Nail Polish to anywhere outside the UK.

 

Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control

 

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

 

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the receiver.

 

We cannot mark any orders as ‘gifts’ or with a lower value so please don’t ask us to do so.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE EU:

 

If you are returning items from the EU you MUST mark them very clearly as Returned Goods. If they are labelled incorrectly we will be unable to refund you any costs we may incur to release them.

 

Orders Shipped to the Rest of the World

 

Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world.  Outside of Europe orders are sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked service where available and Tracked and Signed if not. This costs £10.

 

This should normally take between 10 and 20 working days from when your order was dispatched. It is an Airmail Service.

Missing Orders

 

We don’t often have orders which go missing but sadly it can happen.

 

Often this happens when the post person forgets to leave a card and the order isn’t really lost at all. The best first step is to e-mail us at alldolledupuk@gmail.com with your name, post code and order number. We will then look in to how your item was posted and give you more information. This normally solves the problem.
